Job Opportunity:
Sales ManagerTalasha has been mandated to hire a Sales Manager for a fintech startup that offers treasury-as-a-service to corporates via their AI platform. They help MSMEs manage their cost of money and transactions, especially for handling foreign remittances, making the cost of banking transparent and helping them build the right capital structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Build a client base from scratch, prospecting corporates (MSMEs & MNCs) for adopting the fintech's proprietary treasury as a service platform, undertaking the entire business development cycle from lead generation to on-boarding and retaining the corporates.
- Client Advisory: Understand clients' business exposure to currency/rate markets and advise them on managing this exposure through the treasury Agentic AI platform.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies and plans to grow the Taas footprint at the city level.
- Treasury Solutions: Provide operational expertise in forex, treasury, and corporate borrowings to the team and ensure seamless delivery of the product.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage marquee client relationships while ensuring retention and upselling through unique value propositions and advisory services of the treasury platform.
- People Management: Hire, train, and mentor the sales team to expand into the network of MSMEs and corporates that could partner with the platform.
Requirements:
- Up to 5 years of experience in banking, with subject matter expertise in treasury, forex, commercial borrowings, and/or trade.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- A strong network of corporates and MSMEs in Mumbai.
- Startup mindset and agility.
