Insurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing insurance claims, resolving discrepancies and denials with insurance providers, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Management: Manage and process insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution and accurate reimbursement.
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve disputes with insurance providers, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes for patients.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations, maintaining accurate patient insurance information in the billing system.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with patients, hospital staff, and insurance providers.
