Location: GJ Home Innovations, Joshica Complex, Pattasaliyanvilai, Beach Road, Nagercoil
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Starting at ₹12,000/month + Attractive Incentives & Bonuses
Employment Type: Full-time
Probationary Period: 6 months (Salary reviewed upon completion)

Job Role: Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain a professional workspace
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with courtesy and efficiency
Maintain and update office records, files, and databases
Coordinate meetings and support management with administrative tasks
Report directly to the Managing Director (MD) via phone/in-person, and to the Director of Operations via Google Meet/Teams
Experience & Qualifications:
* A degree in any discipline
* Experience in managing social media platforms
* Prior experience in administrative or front desk roles (preferred)
* Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, or Google Sheets
* Familiarity with insurance or lead generation processes is a plus
