Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to drive the success of our engineering team. Your role will involve strategizing and managing projects, as well as developing and mentoring your team members to achieve their performance metrics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation
  • Manage, coach, and support a high-performing engineering team with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Create a technical strategy proposal that aligns with company objectives
  • Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics to ensure success and growth
  • Communicate project goals and objectives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field of study
  • 3+ years' of management experience, preferably in a technology or engineering leadership role with a proven track record of success
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
