
Branch Administrative Officer

We are looking for a Branch Administrative Officer to manage the overall daily activities of our branch. You will handle the technical and programming team, sales and CRM teams, and ensure smooth administration. Your main goal is to make sure all departments work properly and business targets are achieved.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and manage all teams (Technical, Programming, Sales, CRM)
- Monitor the output of technical and programming teams and ensure timely project delivery
- Handle sales team activities and support in reaching monthly business targets
- Ensure business commitments are completed on time
- Implement and follow admin policies across the branch
- Manage people handling, team coordination, and performance tracking
- Supervise CRM operations and ensure proper client follow-up and communication
- Take care of revenue tracking, report generation, and branch performance
- Organize and manage events, internal reviews, and training sessions when needed
- Act as the main point of contact for solving team or client-related issues
Skills Required:
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of technical projects, sales flow, and admin operations
- Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks at the same time
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management / Engineering / Administration
- Experience in admin or team handling roles preferred
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus

- Yearly bonus
