We are seeking a seasoned Rail Infrastructure Expert to lead our Combined Service Route team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify detailed designs and calculations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Undertake concept design, feasibility studies, and detailed design as required, leveraging expertise in rail infrastructure.
  • Lead a team of technicians and BIM Modellers in developing level crossing ground plans, cable trough management systems, and designing lineside structures.
  • Manage the integration and coordination of CSR Systems with other rail disciplines, promoting seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure minimal rework, optimizing overall efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience in the rail sector.
  • At least 12 years of experience in rail infrastructure projects, with a strong background in designing level crossings and lineside ancillary civils.
  • Current competencies with relevant rail authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
