Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will provide advisory support to parties (and/or government bodies) on governance initiatives. A sharp thinker with a passion for policy and public programs is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on governance issues across sectors like public health, education, rural development, and infrastructure, analysing policies and frameworks to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Extract and clean large datasets extracting insights that inform smarter decision-making.
  • Develop reports, policy briefs, dashboards, and presentations highlighting insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in implementing governance initiatives by developing frameworks, preparing action plans, tracking progress, evaluating impact, and suggesting course corrections.
  • Maintain a structured repository of program data and model outputs to support cross-team use and future reference.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier academic institution preferably in Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or Law.
  • Strong grasp of Indian governance systems, policy making cycles, and the political ecosystem.
  • Clear writing and presentation skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
