We're seeking a skilled Senior Underwriter to spearhead our underwriting operations in Ajmer, India.

This role demands extensive experience in live underwriting with complete end-to-end case ownership and comprehensive borrower profiling using the 4 Cs of Credit – Character, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral.

Key responsibilities include performing detailed credit report reviews for accurate risk assessment, evaluating borrower profiles, and conducting income calculations, debt-to-income ratio assessments, loan-to-value ratio evaluations, and asset calculations.

The ideal candidate will also possess strong analytical and decision-making skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, the successful candidate will work on both UK Mortgage and US Mortgage underwriting, including PITI reviews and ensuring high accuracy in their work.
