Job Profile: Financial Risk Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Risk Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and mitigating financial risks associated with credit, market, and operational exposures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, business lines, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk assessment and mitigation techniques to ensure the organization's overall risk posture is optimized.
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel and SQL.
  • Experience working with credit rating agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
