Key Player in Revenue Cycle Management Team

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an operations team of 100+ FTEs, managing multiple provider/hospital sites, and coordinating with domestic counterparts and leaders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and decision-making skills, strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. You should be self-driven, with leadership abilities and a results-oriented approach. Experience in inter-departmental and intra-departmental coordination with multiple stakeholders is also essential.
Some key responsibilities of the job include:
* Managing AR follow-up, denials, and appeals processes
* Identifying and implementing strategies for process improvement
* Driving KPIs to achieve business metrics
* Ensuring timely delivery of projects and reports
* Preparing presentations for business meetings
* Ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
Domain knowledge on both CM1500 and UB04 claims follow up is essential. The candidate should also have overall 7+ years of experience in RCM Operations, as well as analytical skills and the ability to comprehend and present complex information clearly.
Additional requirements include excellent feedback and coaching skills, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to manage performance of supervisors and team members effectively.
