Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive all facets of our healthcare revenue cycle management operations. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned executive with a strong background in RCM, dedicated to driving process efficiency, building client relationships, and ensuring sustained margin growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Lead the execution of processes and client satisfaction initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
- Client & Service Management: Define and monitor service level agreements to ensure client satisfaction is met or exceeded.
- Financial Management: Oversee cost, budgeting, forecasting, and profit management.
- Team & People Management: Manage large teams of professionals and maintain a high-performing organization.
- Quality & Improvement: Drive continuous service improvements and maintain high-quality standards.
- Transition & Planning: Lead transition management and review monthly reports to enhance project performance.
- Strong experience in Operations, preferably within the US Healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (Provider) operations.
- Experience in managing large teams of professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, delegation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build consensus and commitment for achieving an organization's vision.
