Key Role in Resolving Complex Claims and Tasks
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled individual to play a critical role in resolving complex claims and tasks associated with healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Analyze complex breakdowns in the process through performing root cause analysis and provide appropriate next steps to teams.
- Drive workflows, directives, and new work assignments with teams at the capacity of subject matter expert and trainer.
- Drive process-specific calls with teams to drive better outcomes in quality.
Typical qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5-7 years experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is mandatory.
