Senior Talent Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Talent Manager to spearhead strategic talent acquisition initiatives and foster a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance review cycles, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms.
  • Design and implement robust rewards and recognition (R&R) programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement talent strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in human resources, with a strong emphasis on talent management and performance improvement.
  • Thorough understanding of Indian employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all aspects of HR operations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS software, preferably ADP and JobDiva.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented solutions.
