Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced compensation and benefits professional to oversee the entire employee life cycle from hire to retire data management. This includes identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement efficiencies.

The successful candidate will have 15 to 20 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Operations, Payroll and compliance. They will also have experience working in a global organization and handling a team of 5 to 10 people.

This position is responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits for APAC countries. The role will also involve managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

In addition, this role will ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations, including tax regulations, labour laws, and company policies. The role will also facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources / MBA.
  • Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, locally and globally.
  • Experience in a global (matrix) organization preferred.
  • Effective collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and vendors.
