Job Title: Learning Experience Associate

As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that new employees are effectively onboarded and trained to meet organizational goals. This position will collaborate closely with the training team and HR associate to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs, focusing on employee growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver learning experiences for new joiners.
  • Conduct assessments to identify learning needs and recommend tailored interventions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversight of onboarding processes to facilitate smooth integration of new employees.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions to ensure clarity on company culture, policies, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with performance management teams to evaluate employee performance and identify areas for development.
  • Work closely with HR to identify high-potential employees for advanced development opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to enhance individual capabilities and address performance gaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferably).
  • Bachelor's Technical Background (BCA, MCA, B.Tech IT, CS) preferred.
  • 0-1 years of experience in training, employee development, or a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems (PMS).
  • Proficiency in using training tools, software, and learning management systems (LMS).
