  • Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure a seamless luxury customer experience.
  • Manage a team of stylists and support staff - training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Drive sales by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized styling advice.
  • Maintain inventory - including stock checks, ordering, and display management.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams for order updates and seasonal collections.
  • Maintain store aesthetics in line with the brand's premium image.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to management.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail/fashion experience; bridal or designer label background is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Well-groomed with a keen eye for fashion, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi.
