Job Overview

This is a key role within retail operations, requiring strong understanding of store management principles and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university/college.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of retail store operations, including selling and customer service expertise.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle conflicts. They will also be highly organized and willing to take ownership of their tasks, with a quick learning ability and research-oriented approach.
