Scrum Leader II Position at BNY

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Leader II to join our team at BNY. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Scrum, facilitating understanding of Scrum theory and practice, and serving the Scrum Team and the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain Scrum, facilitating understanding of Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum Team and the organization.
- Serve the Scrum Team by causing removals of impediments to the Team's progress, ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
- Help Teams focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done, coaching Teams in self-management and cross-functionality.
- Serve the Product Owner by facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed, providing techniques for effective product goal definition and backlog management, and helping establish empirical product planning for complex environments.
- Serve the Organization by helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work, removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
- Modified based upon local regulations/requirements. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in similar role. Previous technical experience is preferred.
- Experience in Scrum Master role for software development team for large initiatives.
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of tools such as: Jira, Confluence etc.
