Job Opportunity: Financial Specialist

We seek an experienced accounting professional with a strong track record in managing end-to-end financial processes to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of overall accounting experience, proven expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Record-to-Report processes within a US/foreign accounting environment, and a strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and international reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial processes for clients, including AP, AR, and RTR.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial outputs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP/IFRS compliance frameworks and audit requirements.
  • Conduct variance analysis, audit support, and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven with the ability to independently manage financial deliverables and have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, and additional certifications (CA Inter, CPA, CMA, ACCA, etc.) will be an added advantage.
