Global Tax Support Specialist

The candidate will be responsible for the support review of the following areas/activities of the Global Tax - support function:
- Legal Compliance Management
- Periodic compliances in Canada and other regions, including preparation and review of Form T1134 for foreign affiliates across the regions, Country-by-Country report (CbCr) under BEPS compliances, Surplus Calculations, Excluded property analysis, Distributable surplus (Dividend) as per the Canadian income tax law, CRA Audit requirements, Adjusted Cost Base and Paid Up Capital calculations (ACB-PUC) as per the Canadian income tax law.
- Cross-Border Compliance Management
- Preparation of UK Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFC) form, US: Preparation of US partnership tax return form 1065 and form 5472.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in tax compliance regulations and procedures.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
