Role Title : Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager

Function : Tax

Location : Noida Sector-2 (complete Work From Office; Mon-Fri)

Shift Timings : 11am-8pm (No Cab facility)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Review corporate(1120 Form), partnership(1065 Form), and other business tax returns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation. This includes federal, state, and local tax returns.
  • Ensure that all tax filings comply with the latest tax laws and regulations. Assist in tax planning activities to minimize the organizations tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest changes in tax laws, regulations, and case law. Conduct detailed tax research to support tax compliance and planning efforts.
  • Maintain clear and thorough records of tax filings, correspondence, and supporting documents. Assist in preparing tax reports for management and auditors.
  • Collaborate with clients (internal or external) to gather information required for accurate tax filings. Address client queries and provide explanations regarding tax positions and filings.
  • Assist with tax audits, special tax projects, and other ad-hoc assignments as necessary. This may include review and analysis of tax credits, deductions, or other tax-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining tax preparation processes and improving efficiency within the tax department.

Skill and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. partnership(1065 Form), corporate(1120 Form) and other tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience is required.
  • Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Thomson Reuters, CCH, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals.
