We are looking for a VAT GST enthusiast to join our team in Noida The Senior Tax Analyst will be an integral part of the Tax function for the group This is an amazing opportunity for someone with solid technical and practical VAT GST knowledge to further enhance their experience in VAT If you have a background in global VAT GST we would love to speak with you About You - experience education skills and accomplishments Minimum of 3 years of experience working in global VAT GSTAccounting knowledge will be beneficial but is not essentialMust possess superior organisational and documentation skillsExtremely detailed oriented attention to detailSolid Word Excel PowerPoint spreadsheet and computer knowledgeExcellent interpersonal skills and an ability to foster a team-oriented environment working collaboratively with cross-functional departmentsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment It would be great if you also had Experience with ledger reconciliationsExperience with ERP systems SAP Oracle NetSuite etc or in agile technology solutions like Alteryx and analytic tools like Tableau Power BI etc Advanced Microsoft skills to be able to analyse and review large volumes of dataGood communication and a proactive attitude What will you be doing in this roleThe Sr Tax Analyst will be part of our friendly India-based tax team This person will have the opportunity to be part of a team that develops a new best in class tax function to ensure long-term optimisation of tax strategies in collaboration with the global tax strategy The role will be supported by and have a reporting line to the VAT Manager The key function of the tax team includes ensuring that Company is compliant with its tax reporting obligations and Provide information advice and support to internal decision makers and external parties About the TeamThe role will be supported by and have a reporting line to the VAT Manager We are a diverse team of eight colleagues this role will take the total to 9 based in the UK and India The global Indirect tax team is part of the global centralized tax function the SVP of Tax is based in the US which means that the tax function oversees and advises all group entities Hours of Work8 hours of work per day for 5 days a week in IST Hybrid work mode Location-NoidaAt Clarivate we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring compensation promotion training and other terms conditions and privileges of employment We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing non-discrimination in all locations
