Our ideal candidate is a newly qualified or up to 3 years-experienced Chartered Accountant seeking an exciting opportunity to grow and develop their skills in a multidisciplinary accounting and CFO services firm. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of audit procedures, tax laws, GST, and income tax provisions as well as proficiency in Tally, Zoho, or other accounting platforms.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and income tax provisions.
  • Review and finalize financial statements as per accounting standards to provide accurate insights to clients.
  • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies efficiently and accurately.
  • Offer expert tax planning and advisory support to clients to help them optimize their finances.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members and interns to foster growth and development within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with management to ensure timely delivery of client requirements and maintain high-quality service standards.
Requirements:
  • A newly qualified or up to 3 years-experienced Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset is crucial for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to interact directly with clients and convey complex information effectively.
