System Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced system infrastructure specialist to fill a key role in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Linux and Windows systems, with expertise in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability.

  • Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
  • Proficiency in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs for system performance and reliability.
  • Familiarity with system architecture and configuration management tools.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
  • Strong incident response and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Capability of conducting root cause investigations.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in automating tasks for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
  • Skilled in analyzing complex systems and identifying potential issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Devops Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical teams; adept at documenting processes and conveying technical concepts clearly.
