High-performance memory architects and design engineers, we are seeking a skilled Memory Layout Engineer to join our team of experts. As a Memory Layout Engineer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in designing custom memories for various applications.

Job Description
  • Collaborate with circuit designers to translate schematics into optimized layouts, ensuring seamless integration with other system components.
  • Design and optimize memory layouts for high-performance and/or low-power applications, balancing competing factors such as area, speed, and power consumption.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced process nodes, specifically 5nm and below, leveraging expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and layout design principles.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the design process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in memory layout design, with a strong understanding of physical verification checks, including DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, and IR.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as SKILL, Python, or TCL, and familiarity with compiler-based memories and custom based memories.
