Senior Databricks Data Engineer Job Overview

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Databricks Data Engineer to join our dynamic data engineering team.

  • We need someone who can design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance data pipelines using Databricks and PySpark.
  • Key responsibilities include implementing and managing data solutions on AWS, including services like S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, and Redshift.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools for automated deployment and testing of data workflows is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of infrastructure as code using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.
  • This role requires collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and other engineering teams to support end-to-end data solutions.
  • Maintaining optimal performance of data pipelines and cloud infrastructure is critical to the success of this position.

Key Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining complex data pipelines using Databricks and PySpark.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing large-scale data solutions on AWS, including services like S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, and Redshift.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and their application in automating deployment and testing of data workflows.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
