Job Summary:

A senior implementation consultant is required to ensure the highest quality of MS Dynamic CRM + TOSCA implementations. The ideal candidate will have experience in full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365 and a minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development teams to provide a better understanding of business users' needs and resolve any queries related to requirements.
  • Document business requirements, review them with business and technology teams, and obtain customer acceptance.
  • Work on Agile or Waterfall approach depending on business requirements.
  • Develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios with business users.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 2016/2015.
  • Familiar with MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • SSRS reporting services experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation.
  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI).
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model.
  • MS CRM configuration knowledge.
