Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the implementation of our cloud-based solutions for Fortune 2000 clients. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for owning and executing projects with high-quality results, excellent customer satisfaction, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out end-to-end client implementation of our cloud products for Fortune 2000 companies across the globe.
  • Develop and execute SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Manage project lifecycle phases, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care.
  • Build rapport with clients and conduct UAT and support shadow sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
  • Test end-to-end process flows, drive adoption through training, and validate value outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on project risks and progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university.
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and functional consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with international clients and projects is highly desirable.
