Job Opportunity:

The Penguin LLM Trainer is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for creating and designing multi-turn conversations that simulate real-world interactions between users and AI assistants.

This entails emulating both the user and the assistant, including the assistant's tool calls when corrections are needed. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field and possess strong general technical reasoning skills.

They should be able to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs and break down complex tasks into realistic dialogues.

  • Craft engaging and realistic conversations that demonstrate natural language understanding and intelligent behavior.
  • Design scenarios that showcase the assistant's ability to recognize feasible and infeasible tasks, as well as maintain engaging general chat when tools aren't required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality conversation examples that adhere to defined formatting and quality guidelines.
