Are you a highly motivated individual looking for a challenging internship opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Founders Office Intern. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

As a Founders Office Intern, you will assist our founders with daily tasks, including research, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and supporting various projects. You will also help execute marketing strategies, manage events, and create content as needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects, learn the ins and outs of building and scaling a business from zero, and be a part of the core founding team. You will receive direct mentorship from our founders and have the opportunity to get equity in the startup.

To succeed in this role, you must be a complete self-starter, able to take initiative and make things happen without being asked. You should have very good attention to detail, be comfortable working with numbers and metrics, and have excellent English written and spoken skills.
