Founders Office Intern

Location: In-Office (Hyderabad)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 7000-10000/month

About Us

At Demand Xpress (DX), we drive growth for SaaS, manufacturing, fitness, and healthcare brands through performance marketing, automation, and design. As a Founders Office Intern, youll work directly with the founder and core team, gaining exposure across strategy, operations, client projects, and growth initiatives. This role is fast-paced, high-responsibility, and a gateway into understanding how an agency and startup ecosystem operates.

What Youll Do

- Shadow and support the founder in day-to-day decision-making and operations.
- Drive cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, client servicing, hiring, and product development.
- Research, analyze, and prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with different teams (design, tech, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
- Manage communication with vendors, partners, and clients where required.
- Assist in building internal systems, workflows, and automations to improve efficiency.
- Be the founders right hand for problem-solving, follow-ups, and execution.

- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent at communication, coordination, and organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Curious to learn about marketing, operations, business strategy, and startups.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); bonus if familiar with CRMs, automation platforms, or performance marketing basics.
