Roles & responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase international student admissions from targeted countries.
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas education consultants, recruitment agencies, and partner institutions / universities.
- Represent the university and group of institutions at international education fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
- Coordinate with embassies, visa offices, and relevant authorities to support student onboarding.
- Organize webinars, virtual meets, and counseling sessions for prospective international students.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission and enrollment processes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate - Preferably in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- Experience: 58 years in international student recruitment or overseas education marketing.
- Strong network with international education agents and recruitment partners.
- Knowledge of visa regulations, admission procedures, and cultural sensitivities of different countries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally - Mandatory requirement.
