International Student Admission Manager

Job Overview:

This is a senior-level position for an experienced International Student Admission Manager to lead the admission process for Indian students seeking study abroad opportunities.

The successful candidate will work closely with universities and educational institutions across various countries to facilitate admissions, provide counseling to students, and ensure compliance with visa requirements.

Key qualifications include 4-8 years of experience in international recruitment and student counseling, along with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of coaches/country counselors, ensuring monthly/yearly targets are achieved.
  • Visa Compliance: Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications.
  • Application Review: Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries.
  • Policy and Market Awareness: Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
  • Student Support: Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions.
