Job Title: Female Store Manager

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and results-driven Female Store Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging in-store experience.
  3. Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Customer Focus, Tracking Budget Expenses, Pricing, Vendor Relationships, Market Knowledge, Staffing, Results Driven, Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency, Client Relationship, Verbal Communication

Work Schedule: 11 am to 8 pm

Week Off: Monday to Thursday one day off. No off on Weekend
