About the Role

This is a key position in our company, responsible for the day-to-day coordination and smooth operation of projects related to email marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management software, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The successful candidate's job is to oversee all aspects of an email campaign, ensuring timely delivery. They must understand how all the components come together and are tasked with ensuring everything is accomplished to task.

This role will be fully remote, and the working hours will be focused on managing an employee communications email marketing account.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Performing QA testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients, matches client submission, and is proofed and error-free.
  • Coordinating with client contacts to secure approval of emails, addressing any edits that may be needed, scheduling emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, guiding clients on account protocols, and answering questions.
  • Processing and uploading distribution lists, pulling metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and sharing reports with clients.
  • Assisting with additional email marketing projects, identifying potential roadblocks or delays, assisting in breaking out project tasks, rearranging as needed, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar skill set.
  • Familiarity with project management software, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not required).
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, specifically at an agency.
  • The ability and desire to work with a high degree of independence and ownership in a geographically distributed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and availability to support the business.
  • Advanced English level.
