Job Overview

We are a pioneering organization, revolutionizing Supply Chain sustainability through our cutting-edge AI platform that streamlines Regulatory Compliance initiatives for manufacturing companies worldwide.

This role involves driving revenue growth and scaling customer acquisition while optimizing conversion strategies for our rapidly expanding B2B SaaS startup.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing plans to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Create and optimize marketing funnels to ensure seamless user journeys from awareness to conversion.
  • Own and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance organic traffic and paid campaign performance.
  • Design email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Manage social media channels to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Rigorous A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments will be conducted to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams is required to align growth strategies with overall company objectives.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS startup environment.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM/Marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience running and optimizing A/B tests and CRO strategies.
