Lead Energy and Sustainability Strategist

This position involves spearheading energy management and sustainability initiatives for clients' real estate portfolios, implementing programmes to achieve savings goals and targets by specified timelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage energy benchmarking and assessment using client-selected analytics software and internal software platforms.
  • Analyse energy and water consumption metrics to identify opportunities and create control plans to sustain energy savings.
  • Lead the identification and prioritization of energy capital projects, operational changes, and physical plant upgrades that result in reduced energy consumption.
  • Establish and monitor utilities budgets, oversee bill payment and data management processes.
  • Provide forecasts of utility expenses throughout the portfolio.
Key Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of sustainability and energy principles and concepts, particularly related to the built environment.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation, and control systems across various building types.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with ability to interface seamlessly with all levels of management.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills, with proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
