Job Description

Our organization is dedicated to driving innovation and propelling early-stage startups into the future. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our sustainability initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ESG & Carbon Strategy, with a strong understanding of Scope 3 measurement frameworks and emission factor databases. They will be responsible for upgrading and refining our carbon measurement algorithm, building partnerships in the ESG ecosystem, and scaling carbon offset solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Refine our carbon measurement algorithm by incorporating improved logic, global emission factors, and sectoral methodologies.
  • Collaborate with product/AI teams to embed ESG logic into media measurement tools.
  • Evaluate and onboard verified carbon credit partners (Verra, Gold Standard, etc.).
  • Develop strategic partnerships with climate-tech companies, sustainability consultants, and certification bodies.
  • Define the strategy and roadmap for our carbon credit exchange.
  • Conduct research on global best practices and regulatory landscapes.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ESG and carbon solutions with clients and stakeholders.
Ideal Background:
  • Education: Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Policy, Economics, or related field. Advanced degrees/certifications preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years in ESG, sustainability consulting, carbon markets, or corporate sustainability strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental policies and regulations.
