Job Title: Senior Sustainability Consultant

Sustainability is at the forefront of our efforts to create a better world. As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting projects and providing strategic guidance to teams pursuing various third-party sustainability certification systems, including LEED, BREEAM, WELL, from conceptual design through construction phase. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing everyday technical guidance to design teams
  • Conducting detailed QA/QC
  • Presentation of outcomes to lead teams and/or clients

You will also support the development of innovative ESG solutions that reflect optimal outcomes for new and existing projects while balancing client objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sustainability-related field
  • Active LEED AP credentials

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field
  • 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or decarbonization climate change and decarbonization advisory
