Main Responsibilities- Developing customer-specific Go-to-Market strategies
- Product strategy formulation, encompassing product roadmaps and generation planning
- Business development initiatives, including identification, planning, and pursuit of growth opportunities
- Evaluating key strategic insights to support critical sales acquisitions
- Ensuring operational safety, quality, and compliance in the work area
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering
- Pursuing an MBA in Marketing and Strategy is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar profile in a reputable organization
