Job Title

The IT Consulting role is a pivotal position that bridges the gap between technology and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A day in the life of an IT Consultant involves interfacing with clients for quality assurance issue resolution, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • You will understand client requirements, create and review designs, validate architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
  • As part of the delivery team, your primary role would be to participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews.
  • You will lead and guide teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
  • This is an opportunity to be a key contributor to building efficient programs, systems, and digital transformation journeys for our clients.
Technical Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of network protocols, including SDWAN, SDLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, WLC, WAP, VLANs, and Spanning Tree Protocol.
  • Network configuration management, configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls, according to established standards and best practices.
  • Network monitoring, monitor network performance metrics, such as bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss, to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  • Troubleshooting skills, analyze network traffic, diagnose issues using tools like ping, traceroute, and packet captures.
  • Wireless network troubleshooting for Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper.
  • ITIL process working experience of incident, change, problem, configuration management.
  • Working knowledge on DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Cloud Proxy.
