Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technology program strategist to lead planning and documentation initiatives across our technology portfolio. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive program strategies, maintaining detailed project documentation, and ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps and strategic plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning sessions with stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Align technology initiatives with broader corporate strategy and market opportunities
  • Facilitate quarterly and annual planning cycles

Documentation Management:

  • Establish and maintain documentation standards and governance frameworks
  • Oversee creation of technical specifications, user guides, and process documentation
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards

Program Coordination:

  • Lead planning for complex, multi-workstream technology programs
  • Coordinate dependencies and resource allocation across multiple project teams
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of program management experience in technology environments
  • Strong experience with planning tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Proven track record in technical documentation and process improvement
