We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Senior Oracle Exadata Database Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing critical Oracle RDBMS systems, including Exadata and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, maintain, and optimize critical Oracle RDBMS systems, including Exadata and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Develop and sustain multiple clients across various Oracle versions and platforms
  • Ensure operational readiness (security, health, and performance) for both on-premises and cloud-based Oracle environments

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of production database support experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting large-scale database environments
  • Proven experience with Oracle Exadata systems
  • Experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Grid Infrastructure
  • Experience with Oracle Multitenant (CDB/PDB)
  • Working knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate and Data Guard
  • Experience working in UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments

Cloud Migration Experience and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cloud migration of Oracle databases to OCI
  • Provisioning, backup, restore, and performance optimization of cloud databases
  • Deep understanding of client data value and data protection strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Public Cloud experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) required; OCI certifications preferred
  • Experience with AWS cloud databases is a plus; AWS certifications desired
