Job Title: ACH Project Lead
- A lead is required to oversee end-to-end project management for Automated Clearing House (ACH) initiatives, including application upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing ACH platform upgrade projects;
- Facilitating communication between participants;
- Conducting impact assessments;
- Preparing project documentation;
- Ensuring adherence to governance and audit standards;
- Regular reporting to senior management;
- Driving process improvements, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices in ACH operations and payment systems;
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in banking and ACH domain knowledge, as well as effective communication skills. They must be able to work independently, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with banks, financial institutions, internal teams, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely ACH processing in compliance with NACHA and other payment file format standards.
