We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Project Lead to manage multiple renovation and fitout projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the overall project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction
  • Day-to-day management of internal teams, designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve timely completion with international quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit out projects
  • Familiarity with international hotel brand standards is a plus
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and documentation management

Job Description:

Project Lead (Renovation and Fit outs)

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Construction:
  • Prepare master schedule, budget, and procurement strategy
  • Coordinate with cost planning team for budget preparation
  • Lead design process, design reviews, value engineering, and timely release of design packages

  • Programme Management:
  • Prepare fortnightly/monthly schedule trackers
  • Lead BOI deliveries and store management
  • Identify delays and propose acceleration methods

  • Contracts & Cost Management:
  • Prepare tender event schedule
  • Coordinate with commercial management team for tender packages, administration, and contract award
  • Manage change order process

  • Construction Management:
  • Supervise site logistics, shutdown plans, and works execution strategy
  • Lead design coordination between design consultants, vendors, and contractors
  • Manage contractors' work progress at site and monitor resources and equipment
