Product Lifecycle Management Expert

We seek an experienced Senior PMO Consultant to lead a major global Windchill v13 Upgrade Project.

About the Role
  • Lead planning and execution of Windchill upgrade, ensuring business continuity, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop project plans and implementation schedules incorporating PMBOK standards and stakeholder requirements.

This is a high-profile role that requires strong expertise in PLM platforms, PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading IT projects in matrixed environments, with a deep understanding of the life sciences industry and validation principles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Change Management: Oversee change control processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless integration between systems.
  3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, applying structured problem-solving to resolve challenges.
  4. Quality Assurance: Validate protocols and compliance deliverables, ensuring adherence to FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including Quality Systems Managers, CSV leads, and PLM/PDM owners.
  6. Communication: Provide regular updates, progress reports, and executive summaries to key stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree + 8 years or Master's degree + 6 years related experience.
  • 8+ years leading IT projects in matrixed environments.
  • Extensive experience in the life sciences industry, with strong exposure to validation.
  • Deep knowledge of PLM platforms, PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.
