The role of a Technical Project Manager involves end-to-end project management support for client implementations, encompassing scoping and understanding requirements, designing project management elements, and providing client and colleague support throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing knowledge of solutions and platforms.
  • Collaborating with clients and colleagues to create project scope plans and documentation.
  • Leading or facilitating planning sessions to build consensus on task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed project plans.
  • Preparing reports for meetings as required.
  • Identifying, tracking, and communicating project-related issues and changes.
  • Monitoring workflows and deadlines to ensure team members meet project goals.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, friendly, and professional communication.
  • Ensuring project plans meet SLA and KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a project management environment is essential.
  • Educational background or certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly are crucial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, multitask, and prioritize workloads is vital.
