Job Overview

The Data Insights Specialist is responsible for delivering leadership assessments and 360 surveys to clients through internal and external platforms.

  • Gathering project requirements, assessment/simulation setup, reporting setup, and delivery, including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Collating scores for different tools to maintain a database.
  • Analysing scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
  • Creating dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Effective Communication Skills (Structured and Clear) and Good Team Player Capabilities.
  • Identifying Innovative Ways to Improve Current Execution Processes and Operating Independently with Strong Domain Knowledge.
  • Prior Experience in Operations and Project Management.
  • Stakeholder Management, Including Status Updates on Projects and Query Resolution.
  • Ensuring Adherence to Timelines and Delivering High-Quality Results.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
  • Contribution to Training and Capability Development for Junior Analysts.
  • Support for Consulting Assignments and Interfacing with External Clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced Analytical Skills to Create Insights from Data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Including Text Functions (CONCATENATE, TRIM), Math Functions (CEILING, RANDBETWEEN), Statistical Functions (COUNTA, COUNTIF), Information Functions (ISBLANK, ISERROR), Multiple Lookups, Pivot Tables, and Chart Creation.
  • Knowledge of Statistic Functions (Mean, Median, Mode, Correlation, Variance, Standard Deviation, and Regression).
  • Preferred Knowledge of Tableau for Data Presentation.
  • Business Communication Skills (Email and Conference Calls) and Fluency in English Language.
  • Flexibility, Initiative-Taking Ability, Accountability, Collaborative Approach, Self-Motivation, and Go-Getter Attitude.
  • Ability to Adapt to Changing Environments.
