In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing recurring and ad hoc reporting using Excel and other tools
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and optimization opportunities
  • Designing, building, and managing interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to enhance visibility and decision-making
  • Providing operational support to the team, including account mapping, territory allocation, audits, data checks & maintenance, and internal planning processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and clean CRM data
  • Performing whitespace and funnel conversion analysis to identify market opportunities
