As a seasoned data expert, you will empower commercial leaders across the Life Sciences industries to make better data-driven decisions. You will leverage cutting-edge analytics from a broad set of data sources, combined with deep technical and domain expertise to optimize business strategy and operations.

You will be working on large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases. You will collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Business Intelligence tools.
  • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges
